Plurk Life
Ive been on plurk first before i signed up for twitter. But even if I signed up for twitter, I would prefer plurk over it due to what it offers me. A more interactive timeline, more fun interaction with other plurkers, and lastly i think because its just more fun to be on plurk.
Its easier to track your activites on plurk. You can easily see who responded to which plurk. No matter where you are in the timeline you wont have trouble figuring out what he/she said on a specific plurk.
Fun interaction is given on plurk, you got the emoticons to use and just show what you feel, what you want to do and just about anything to interact with others. Though I wish there could be more emoticons in the future.
And the “like” and “replurk” feature is just nice. You can feel that value is given to what you have to say and its more evident. <3
And finally, on a personal note, with all the plurk features combined, I get to accomplish what I want from a social networking+micro-blogging service. Mainly because I read stuff, a lot of stuff from different sites across the world wide web. And most of the stuff I read, I want to share them because information is good. And this is where plurk comes in, from my Google Reader account, I get to share interesting/weird/helpful/fun/crazy/healthy (the works i tell you!) stuff to plurkiverse.
It just works! and I dont think I can ask for more from plurk, I know there are some other features that I havent mentioned like the cliques and IM integration. But purely for the sake of what I use, I dont think I would be trying to find an alternative to plurk.
Great Job Plurk! This one is for you!
